de Visscher acted as exclusive financial advisor to Teddy and Arthur Edelman, Limited (“Edelman Leather”), the world’s premier branded luxury leather provider in the four major niche markets – high-end residential interiors, corporate interiors, hospitality and private executive aviation.

Teddy and Arthur Edelman had founded and developed an international business providing exceptional product quality and service to its luxury markets and well-recognized customer base. Primary ownership of the business had been transferred to the second generation under the leadership of their son John as President.
